broad_hpc_drv.c(4362) 9699777 %% Received L2 overflow event with no app handler or processing inactive !!

I have multiple (but not all) of my Dell Networking N2000 switches on campus nearly constantly logging this message: 

<187> Jun  2 07:39:47 10.11.5.14-1 DRIVER[108661444]: broad_hpc_drv.c(4362) 9699777 %% Received L2 overflow event with no app handler or processing inactive !!

Is this something I should be worried about? How do I fix it? 

These particular switches are running 6.1.1.7.
