Can I ask you guys about 10G switch?

I'm a Korean engineer, beginner...

Actually, my company would like to sell 10G switch.

So, we bought Dell 8024F switch.

To sell it, I do think that I should handle it.

But suddenly I wondered when people use 10G switch...?

Just to use more traffic? 

Besides of this issue, maybe It is likely to have another viewpoint..

Consider me as student(Actually I'm student too and worker),

Please teach me why does it use?
