Setting up access control elements on PowerConnect 6248

I'm trying to set up an access-list that does the following:

• Allows computers in VLAN 2 to access VLAN 40, 67, 4, 50, & 20
• Deny computers in VLAN 4 & 20 access to VLANs 40 & 67
• Allow computers VLAN 2 to access the switch
• Deny computers in VLAN 4 & 20 from access to the switch

What can I do to make this happen? Or is this not possible with this switch?
