Two PowerConnect 5524 connected with HDMI Cable_Stack issue

Hi, 

i have Two Switchs Dell PowerConnect 5524 interconnected with HDMI Cable...

The problem is when i log in the interface, in Stack Management i have this message:"Master Only Mode"

How to switch from this Mode??? Is there a configuration???

Any idea??
