IP Address Conflict on VRRP - DELL N3024

Hi All,

Actually, I have trying to using VRRP for redundancy of Dell N3024. After I configuring, I often get the error message on my switch with the message :

"IP address conflict on interface Vl16 with VRRP-Id 16 Master IP address 172.18.16.254. Conflicting host MAC address is f4:8e:38:01:14:26"

or

 "IP address conflict on interface Vl1 with VRRP-Id 1 Master IP address 172.18.31.254. Conflicting host MAC address is f4:8e:38:01:14:26"
