Force10 MXL 10/40gb Firmware Update

I purchased 2 Dell Force10 MXL 10/40gb switches from a 3rd party reseller in Dallas, Tx. I am trying to update their firmware to at least match the other 2 I have which is on version 9.3 FTOS. 

Is there anyway to do this without transferring the ownership, as I don't know the previous owner and the 3rd party reseller doesn't have that information. 

I don't need support from Dell/Force10 on the hardware I just need the files.

Any ideas???
