Dell N4000 - soc_xgs3_mem_dma: FP_TCAM.ipipe0 failed(NAK)

anyone knows about this error message?

"broad_hpc_drv.c(4429) 8705 %% _soc_xgs3_mem_dma: FP_TCAM.ipipe0 failed(NAK)"

I got N4032 x 1 and N4032F x 1  stacking together

use firmware version 6.2.7.2

I have check   the release notes for 6.3.0.18a21/6.3.0.16a20/6.3.0.15a18/6.3.0.9a17/6.3.0.6a16/

but I don't see any known issue about this

anyone can help?
