We need some answers about a Dell PowerConnect 2824 switch that we purchased. At the time of purchase the Dell PowerConnect 2800 series had a lifetime hardware warranty. The switch recently died, and I tried calling to get it replaced. I'm now told that these switches don't have lifetime hardware warranty. What is going on here??
