Hello I need to see if anyone can give me some help here. We have a VOIP system on our network. We would get drops every so often. Made changes to the firewall seemed to have fixed it. Now we recently added Video Conferencing to our network. Now I’m getting complaints about drop calls pixilation and skipping. Not on every call but a high amount. I’m not sure if it’s on our end or the other end,
Also I’m not sure if I should have Spanning tree on or Switch port mode on on the ports and Uplinks he’s a diagram of the network and a sample of the configure ports.
