Just curious about something I've been trying to find a hard yes/no answer on but haven't had any luck. Long story short, I am looking at picking up a pair of 6224 switches and would want to set them up in a stack. I'm looking at using fiber for the connection and am wondering if the switches will allow me to configure XFP modules FJ727 for stacking or if they will only allow stacking if you use the CX4 modules UY108 or GM765 for stacking.
My other question is that if I can use the XFP module to stack, will it force both XG1 and XG2 on the XFP module to be used for the stack, or can I configure one port for stacking and one for a 10Gb uplink to my router?
