Hi guys, i posted a few days ago about some inter vlan routing which thanks to your help i have working now.
I have a new issue though and sorry to mither but i am a rookie when it comes to switches.
I want to be able to forward any traffic from my switches (vlans 105,110,120 and 130) through to my sonicwall which will then either forward the traffic to the server LAN which is on different switches or allow it access to the internet.
The steps i have done so far is to set on gigabitethernet 1/0/1 as access with vlanid of 98. VLAN 98 i have set a default gateway of 192.168.98.2 and i have ran the command ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.98.1
On the sonicwall i have created a VLAN interface under X0 as 192.168.98.1 and added a static route to forward any traffic for 192.168.120.0 to the address 192.168.98.2
I have set firewall rules to allow all traffic on the sonicwall.
From the 120 subnet on the switch i can ping 192.168.98.2 but not 192.168.98.1
From sonicwall side i can ping 192.168.98.1 but not 192.168.98.2
Unsure if i have missed something stupid here but thanks in advance for any help.
