Dell S4810 critical syslog

Hi there,

I need the help of someone who ever faced an out-of-nowhere reload of S4810 due to the following syslog messages.

1. %STKUNIT0-M:CP %CHMGR-2-STACKUNIT_DOWN: Major alarm: Stack unit 0 down - IPC timeout

2.%STKUNIT0-M:CP %IPC-2-STATUS: target stack unit 0 not responding

3.%STKUNIT0-M:CP %IFMGR-3-IFA_COMM_FAIL: Failed to contact IFA in slot: 0

It is a stand-alone router (non-stackable) and in a matter of 2 minutes from the syslog it rebooted.

I am sure it is not from firmware. I do have also others with yet no problems.

I don`t know where to read some documentation to isolate the problem. Not to happen again. Is it hardware? Does anyone opened a TAC ticket for this kind of problems and received somehow a message that might enlight me a little bit?

Best regards,
