Force10 MXL management

Hi,

We have 4 Force10 MXL switches in our cluster chassis, but the console says "This device does not support Ethernet management" ...

I'm not sure how i'm going to backup the config on these before we shut them down ..should they not have an IP to manage them? the cluster we have in another office does, and i can back them up no problem, little concerned we're going to lose all of our config on these when they go down,
