is Stack possible in this scenarios?

Hi there!
This is the current situation.

I'm thinking about STACKING all four switches in two sites, as they are connected with SFP Fiber optics between them

Currently, i've created two different stacks
Stack01 -> On primary site that is done via two TenGigabit Ethernet Ports ( ports 47-48 are configured for stack)
Stack02 -> On Backup site that is done via two TenGigabit Ethernet Ports ( ports 47-48 are configured for stack)
i've connected those two sites with 4 fiber optics that i've configured as PORTChannel in trunk mode, and they are working fine.
What i plan to change:
Making all 4 switches of part only one stack, but here i've to clarify something:
1. I plan to use FiberOptics connections to create stack between two sites
2. but i want to clarify which cables i've to use for stacing
so, have i to remove from stacking ports TeGb 47-48 on all of four switches?
have i to configure all 4 ports TeGB of FiberChannel SFP for Stacking?
Or...can i use in same time for stacking SFP Ports and TenGb Ethernet ports also?

Is this scenario possible?
Regards!
