We have recently purchased 3 PowerConnect 3524 and 9 3548 swtiches. For some reason both the service tag and software version are not being displayed on the CLI of these devices when doing a "show running-config". I have checked 4 of these switches so far and all 4 of them are doing the same thing. This was the case right out of the box when they were running firmware version 2.0.0.29, and it's still the case after upgrading them to version 2.0.0.40. All of this information is visible when logging on to the web interface of the switches, just not in the CLI. Below is the output of that section when doing a "show running-config":

etc.
It's really not that big of a deal if that information doesn't show up, but is there something that I can do to have this information displayed in the CLI? We have previously purchased and are using 3548 switches that do not have this problem. Thanks in advance.
