I'm having a bit of a problem, I have configured two dell powerconnect 6248p switches.
They each reside on a separate floor 22 & 23rd floor. The switch on the 22nd floor is where the server room is and a WAN connection. I have setup up all the nessessary VLANS on both switches and trunk port. I can ping gateways on each switch and workstations however the problem is that on the 23rd floor I have a VLAN 200 which houses the internet connection. I am able to ping out from the switches (both floors) but when I assign a workstation to any vlan (in general mode with pvid for native vlan) i am unable to get out to vlan 200, this is partly because the default gateway will be set to a VLAN interface on 22nd floor switch.
