Dell Powerconnect 6248 - Interface configuration problem

Hey Guys, so i have a dell switch which is having problems on the final step of boot which is resulting in no interfaces becoming active including all ethernet ports.

id say the driver isnt being loaded correctly but what are my options?

i have cleared all running configs and upgraded the device to 3.3.3.3 and yet i have had no success. :(
