facing problem in connecting the DELL EQUAL LOGIC 6110XV STORAGE with DELL BLADE M910 server (10GB SWITCH M8024K).
Trying to achieve:
Need to connect two different equallogic storage to two different blades.
Connectivity details:
We have connect two eqallogic storage to the 10GB-M8024k switch there are two 10GB adapters getting detected in each blades.
IP configuration on the 10GB adapters in windows OS:
We have configured the ip address for 10GB adapters with different subnets for both storage.
BLADE 1:
Eg: 10GB_NET0-172.16.20.XXX , 10GB_NET1-172.16.20.XXX(EQL-STORAGE 1 group ip address reachable and able to detect LUNs assigned from the storage)
BLADE 2:
Eg: 10GB_NET0-172.16.144.XXX , 10GB_NET1-172.16.144.XXX(EQL-STORAGE 2 group ip address not reachable)
EQL-STORAGE 1:
GROUP IP ADDRESS:172.16.20.XX
EQL-STORAGE 2:
GROUP IP ADDRESS:172.16.144.XX
Facing problem:
Not able to get LUNs on the BLADE 2 from EQL-STORAGE 2.
Please do the needful to solve the above mentioned problem…
