Bare Metal Provisioning Force10 MXL switches - how to configure stacking.

I want to use BMP to configure two MXL switches in a stack, and then go on to complete the configuration of VLANs port tagging and the rest.  My concern is this:  after

MXLswitch A1 | FTOS(conf)#stack unit 0 priority 4
MXLswitch A2 | FTOS(conf)#stack unit 1 priority 2

This makes A1 the master, now-

MXLswitch A1 | FTOS(conf)#stack unit 0 stack-group 0
MXLswitch A2 | FTOS(conf)#stack unit 1 stack-group 0

These commands utilize 40G port 33 as the stacked port, and assuming there is a QSFP+ cable run between them both Switches will be requesting a reboot.  My question is:

Now what happens?  My expect script can authorize the reboot, but after the reboot...how can BMP continue and complete the config?  Presumably I will only need to configure MXLswitch A1 since the configs are now joined and the ports on A2 are renamed.  To me it seems that my switches will come back up, and just sit.  Can anyone tell me the method to use for "round 2" of the configuration?
