HP A5120 Series Switch JE074A - Comparable Dell Product?

I chose the HP A5120 SI switch for 3 reasons:

1. Price - they cost about $1300

2. Warranty and Support - lifetime no extra charge

3. Features: stacking

Is there a Force10 switch that is comparable to this?  I would consider PowerConnect, but I hate the CLI.
