Dell Powerconnect 6224 NAT1:1 public static ip to the lan static ip not working

Hi we have a dell powerconnect 6224 switch we purchase a zywall 310 router i did a lab using a dell 2824 the NAT1:1 public static
ip to the static lan ip on the server work fine but went to implement on the 6224  NAT1:1 public static ip to the static lan ip on the server stop the network from working no internet i must be missing something i did not have to do anything special to the 2824 i need your help thanks
