we have a m1000e blade chassis and 4 x powerconnect 6620 network switches (in blade chassis)
experiencing packet loss on hosts (blades) so we are looking at upgrading firmware.
where do i get the latest f/w downloads for each powerconnect switch. entering the service tag does not show any f/w downloads. am i looking in the wrong space?
