Dell 3548 Copy Runing Config to TFTP server

I use DELL powerconnect 3548 switch.  
I want to copy runing-config from 3548 to TFTP server via SNMP, i use for this operation OID's from the library rlcopy.mib.  
When i sending OID's from rlcopy.mib - i getting the error:

    resourceUnavailable (This is likely a out-of-memory failure within the agent)

Community settings  on a switch is configured (Community Access Mode = SNMP Admin) also i can set other parametres.  
What I'm doing wrong?
