Assistance in configuring single port for trunking.

Hello, 

We have a 6224 and would like to enable port 1/g6 (side A) for trunking to another switch (side B) else where in our colo. VLAN's 1, 40, 50 and 60 reside on side A and VLAN's 35-49 on side B. Our colo provider as already setup the cross connect and says they have their switches configured correctly. 

Could someone please advise the proper steps for allowing all traffic between the two switches on the single port.
