While trying to add a specific MAC Address to the configuration, I'm getting the following error:
Failed to associate MAC Address to VLAN .
The command used:
vlan association mac D4BE.D912.6404 204
In my configuration I'm had 210 entries for MAC - VLAN associations, removing an old one, and retrying to add the entry didn't help.
It concerns a PCT6248P stack, containing 3 identical switches, running 3.3.2.3 as firmware.
Another switch (PCT6224) running the same firmware version, but which is not in a stack, does not have a problem adding this entry. The affected laptop (Latitude 65xx) is working fine in the remote location where the user normally resides.
Can anyone clarify what's going wrong, and how to fix this?
