Using 2 Dell 3524s to provide redundancy for servers

We currently have 8 servers, all with dual nics and we are currently using a single unmanaged switch to provide connectivity between these servers and to the firewall LAN interface. We have purchased two Dell 3524 switches and we have two SonicWall NSA 4500s. My question is what should the setup on the two switches be and how should we connect them? 1. im not sure what the config should be, any specifics on the switch? 2. should we interconnect the swtiches creating a lag and putting two or more ports in it? 3. should we team the two nics on the server? placing one nic on the first switch and the second nic on the second switch? or should we leave the switches disconnected from one another, not team the nics and just have one on standby plugged into the LAN port of the failover NSA 4500. We want to provide redundancy so if one of the switches or firewalls go down for any reason we are covered. Im just not sure of the best route to take. Any help in what I should do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks john
