I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem in a remote office where they are having intermittent network drop outs.
They have about 15 users on a powerconnect 2848.
I've tried installing dell openmanage but am not getting any useful info (see attachment). Is this because its an entry level switch- or do I need to configure the switch somehow?
I appreciate any advice on this.
