PowerConnect 2748 reseted to default factory, but seeing 2 network?

Hi There,

I just got Dell Managed Switch: PowerConnect 2748

Done the “Restore Configuration Factory Defaults” and “Reset” from “Dell OpenManage Switch Administrator”

But port #1 - #24 seems to be on different network from port #25 - #44, even though being reseted

These two lots didn’t connected to each other

Only able to open “Dell OpenManage Switch Administrator” via 192.168.2.1 through port #25 - #44 only, can not open it if I connected to port #1 - #24

Is this normal? Isn’t it by default all ports (#1 - #44) should on the same network?
