dhcp l2relay problem on a N2024P

Hi,

I am trying to make this work but I don't know if my thinking is right.

here is what I want to do:

1- connect 1 server with a DHCP configured with two different subnets (192.168.220.x and 192.168.230.x) on port 1 of the N2024P switch

2- connect a phone in port 5 (or any other port after port 2) and have it used LLDP-MED (its a vvx 410 phone from polycom) to get its VLAN ID

3- connect a computer to the polycom phone and have it use the PC Vlan

4 - both the phone and the computer need to get their IP addresses from a DHCP server.

since this is a Layer2 switch, I think I need to use the command dhcp l2relay. I have tried and no luck...

can someone help with this? I need to understand on LLDP-MED works for the phone and also the dhcp l2relay
