Remote Management hangs over inter VLAN routing

Hi all,

I have several 6224 and 6248 switches in a stack.  They have 3 VLANs setup - 10 the management VLAN, 20 the server VLAN and 30 the client VLAN.

If I manage the switch via a direct console cable or via a computer connected to VLAN 10 through telnet/SSH all works fine.

If I manage the switch from a computer connected to VLAN 20 or VLAN 30 through telnet/SSH it works for around 20 seconds then freezes and I have to force close the session.

Could anyone suggest where to start looking for a solution to this weird problem?
