Hello all,
we have a Dell Openmanage Network Manager version 5.3 installed on a Windows 2008 R2 Server, which suddenly stopped to collect data from the devices that we have configured when we installed it last February.
From the Web interface we can see that the configured Switches are visible and are in the "Responding" state, but all the Widgets about Performance are reporting "No Data found for the selected Entity(s)".
We have tried to capture traffic with Wireshark and we can see traffic flowing between the server and the switches.
So far we have the following questions:
- How can we inspect which component inside ONM is not working? We have digged into the several logs but we didn't find anything relevant; the Mysql server is UP and Running
- If we reinstall from scratch the product how can we export the configuration and import it in the fresh installation?
- Is there a way to clean up the collected performance data from MySQL but to preserve the configuration ?
