n3024F port don't work

Hello,

I have n3024F switch and when I connect to the fiber port I get access and the computer get dhcp.

If I plug out the fiber and connect it again I don't get access and the port became on speed 10mb (instead 1000) and I don't have any connectivity.

Someone know the problem??
