LACP hashing between N3048 and CISCO SG300/SG200 + Twinax Direct Attach Cable question

Hello,

In my network I've deployed two new N3048 with 2 SPF+ transceivers and SPF+ back module as core switches connected to other 3 N2048 edge switches using optical fiber and I've reused my previous CISCO SG300 and SG200 switches to serve two other zones of my campus via copper backbone.

I have 4 copper cables that starts from the network hub to the SG300 and 2 copper to the SG200. I've configured RSTP to have redundant connection using 2+2 with SG300 and 1+1 with SG200.

So for the SG300 I would configure LAG+LACP to have two port channels from the N3048s but now only one cable is connected because I don't know what kind of LACP hashing mode should I set on N3048 to have compatible hashing between the Dell and Cisco switches.

My N3048 have mode 7 (advanced hashing) as default but I suppose the cisco models don't understand that mode...so, which mode is the best for LACP to work flawlessly with cisco small business switches?

I've also received my twinax cables to connect my two N3048 via SPF+ back modules...can I conhot plug the cables into the SPF+ slots (already mounted) without having to power off my core switches?

Thank you!

Cheers
