Hi,
I have a 3548P that went through a lightning storm last night and now the status under the GUI for the PoE section says faulty.
It looks like the rest of the switch is fine however, our PoE phones no longer are working.
From the documentation it appears that the message could mean:
Faulty - Indicates that the power supply unit is functioning, but an error has occurred. For example, a power overload or short circuit.
We have reset the device with no luck.
Do I need to replace the unit or is there some way to troubleshoot?
