I have a issue connecting PC6248 SFP port, any SFP front port to R710 (Windows 2008) using a bcm57711 net card. The port show no LED On
I was able to connect the PC6248 via SFP to another Dell Switch (PC6224F) or a Cisco Switch successfully.
I was I able to connect the R710 using the same SFP LC Cable and Transceivers to the Cisco Switch successfully, but doesn't work when the R710 is connect to Dell PC6248 or 6224F.
After play around, I discover that the issue is regarding to the Firmware version 3.3.13.1. on both Dell Switch.
If I downgrade the firmware to the factory image v2.0.0.12 the front SFP back to work any device (Switch's and Servers).
The problem now, that I am stock, because I erase, accidental the v2.x.x.x form the SW, and I am unable to downloads form dell web because the older version show is v3.3.2.3 and the still doesn't work for me.
Any help on make the SW work on the v3.x.x or way to download v2.x.x.!!
