we are having some issues with our network being extremely slow. and after running wireshark I see a lot of RST (connect resets) which I believe is bad. I ran the command show log on our DELL 6248 switch stack and I see Spanning Tree Topology changes.

<189> OCT 01 04:58:12 192.168.0.3-1 TRAPMGR[125616720]: traputil.c(611) 2 %% Spanning Tree Topology Change: 0, Unit: 1
<189> OCT 01 05:06:12 192.168.0.3-1 TRAPMGR[125616720]: traputil.c(611) 3 %% Spanning Tree Topology Change: 0, Unit: 1

the date/time is wrong but that's what happening. How can I fix this?
