M1000e Brocade 4424 ip address 0.0.0.0

Hi

I have a Dell m1000e blade with 2 brocade switch 4424 one of is working fine and other one I can not access since the ip adress on the swtich shows 0.0.0.0.

It wont let me even change ip address from Dell CMC, please me know how I can fix this.
