Advice on how to Create Redundant Switch Configuration

Hello,
My goal is to have redundant switches for our ESXi Servers as well as redundant links from these switches back to our main Network Stack (HP).  My two server switches are Dell 4032F switches.

Currently each host server have a single connection into Dell Switch B and that is connected back to the Main HP Stack.

I want to add a second connection from each Server into the second Dell Switch. This switch is connected back to the main HP Stack already.

Currently I have a SAN attached to the Dell Switches using separate and unique VLANs and IP Subnets.  This is fully redundant and is working fine.

Below is a diagram of what we have.  All Links are 10gig.

Some Questions...

Do I need to stack the Dell Switches (hoping no)?

Do I need to set the VMWare Links to Trunks/Load-balancing?

Do I need to trunk the connections from the Dell and HP Switches?  If so I suspect I need to Stack the Dell Switches.

I am open to anything suggestions to get me to a redundant configuration where I can power down either Dell Switch A or Switch B and everything continues to run fine.

Thank You
