Dell N4000 spanning-tree issue

Hello

We have a setup of 2 dell N4000 switches that are stacked. We have a dual ethernet link to our office that has 4 N2000 series switches stacked.

We can't use port channel or lacp on this connection as it's not supported by the ISP.

When we setup spanning-tree priority on the ports it's not working on the N4000 switches. On the N2000 it's all good. We are running latest firmware 6.3.1.8

spanning-tree mode pvst

show running-config interface tengigabitethernet 1/0/46

description ""
switchport mode trunk
switchport general allowed vlan add 3,10,3500-3517
switchport general allowed vlan remove 1
switchport trunk allowed vlan 2-3,10,3500-3520

show running-config interface tengigabitethernet 2/0/46
