7048 Stack Weirdness

We are using two 7048 switches stacked with each 2 CX4 Expansion card with firmware 5.1.1.7.

Everything seems to be working allright, but.. and now its getting wierd... the Slot summary doesnt show one card on one of the switches:

              Admin   Power          Configured Card
Slot  Status  State   State             Model ID              Pluggable
----- ------ ------- ------- -------------------------------- ---------
1/0   Full   Enable  Enable  PowerConnect 7048                   No
1/1   Empty  Enable  Enable                                      Yes
1/2   Full   Enable  Enable  CX4 Card                            Yes
2/0   Full   Enable  Enable  PowerConnect 7048                   No
2/1   Full   Enable  Enable  CX4 Card                            Yes
2/2   Full   Enable  Enable  CX4 Card                            Yes

Also the show switch stack-ports is missing the installed link, we are missing the Te1/1/1 and the Te1/1/2:

console#show switch stack-ports

                 Configured  Running
                   Stack      Stack      Link       Link
Interface       Mode       Mode       Status     Speed (Gb/s)
---------------- ---------- ---------- ------------ ------------
Te1/2/1          Stack      Stack      Link Up      16
Te1/2/2          Stack      Stack      Link Up      16
Te2/1/1          Stack      Stack      Link Up      16
Te2/1/2          Stack      Stack      Link Up      16
Te2/2/1          Stack      Stack      Link Up      16
Te2/2/2          Stack      Stack      Link Up      16

now for thewierdness, a show switch stack-ports diag shows the following:

console#show switch stack-ports diag

It does show statistics on the not recognised installed module..... in the webpage it is shown as :

Stack Port Diagnostics : (null)

So, what to do now?. is it safe to re-insert the CX4 card and if so, is it hot plugable?. And how is it possible that there is going traffic through that card while it doesnt recognizes it...
