N3024F transceiver Dell Part# : 407-BBOR

Hi Guys,

This could be an old issues, but I need help on the speed configuration for this DELL transceiver installed on DELL Powerconnect N3024F switch.

I have 2 x network industrial device with 100Base-FX port. I need to connect these 2 devices to DELL N3024F switch.

I configured the 2 x DELL transceiver to 'speed 100' for the 2 x interface required:

Questions;

Even after configured the 2 x port to connect at 100Mbps, I still could not get the 2 port to communicate with the 2 devices. Can DELL confirm that the transceiver can connect at 100Mbps?

Do the latest DELL firmware version: N3000v6.3.1.11a23 for N3024F helps to resolve the communication issues?
