Small Router and Switch for VOIP QOS

Hello,

We are planning to use migrate to the VOIP and for that we want to buy a Switch (may be a Router too) for the Qos and creating VLANs, please can someone advice me for a small switch layer 3 with 32 ports and Router WIFI and not expensive cause we are a small company!
