How to factory reset Dell PowerConnect M6348?

Hello guys,

this is my first post here, im glad to join this community.

we are a small company that have a PowerEdge M1000e chassis and we just bought 2 PowerConnect M6348 from a third party vendor. the chassis see them both OK and online but when we want to log in to the console from the CMC console issuing this command racadm connect switch-b1 to do a factory reset is asking for username and password. 

i dont know what else to do. i have rebooted the switch and try to console to it and nothing.

please help.
