Stacking Modules

Hello, I am running 2 PowerConnect 6248's and require stacking modules.

Will Dell 10G Dual Port Stack Adapter, Stacking Module, UY108 work with the PC6248's?

How about the DELL 10G CX4 Fibre Stacking Module Dual Port  - GM765?

If not, what would you recommend?
