Hi, we have installed QConvergeConsole GUI 5.1.0.167. However the tool could not find the FC HBA card, but both Dell OpenManage, and Windows Device Manager indicate a good status of the card.
After consulting with QLogic tech support, they insist on getting a second opinion from Dell Support about code levels, could you shed some light on the matter?
Here are more info,
1. Server is running Win server 2008 r2
2. FC Adapter driver version is 9.1.8.25
3. OpenManage and Windows Device Manager show the device working properly
4. We are able to ping the server at a remote computer
5. the firewall is disabled
6. We are running Qcovergeconsole at localhost
