PC 6248 VRRP problem

That is my diagram, and my problem is that:

When I turn off the PC6248_01, the 6248_02 immediately become VRRP master, but it lost the connection to other VRRP node in about 30s(on 6248_02 I can ping to 10.226.27.98 and 27.99 but can not ping to 27.97).

How can I solve this problem?
