Dell 5525 Web Interface - can't assign VLAN PID

I am using the Web Interface for the 5524.

I created a vlan and when I go to the Port Settings page under VLANS  and click edit, the PVID field is gray and I cannot enter the new VLAN ID. 

All want is to have ports 21-24 in VLAN2
