poor/terrible bandwidth on Dell N3024 switch

good morning all

I have a the N3024 in a pretty basic configuration- there is a single Avid *** (SAN solution) with a single Myricom 10Gb card connected to the front 10Gb port on the N3024 -there is no zoning, and nothing really special in the config- (config file below)

there are Windows7 and Mac OS clients connected to the switch via Cat6- Avid provides a Path Diagnostic tool to confirm bandwidth for video editing- and here is where things get weird-

any MacPro client connected via dual GigE gets the expected 190-200+MB/s on both READ and WRITE tests...

but the Windows7 client will only get 25-30MB/s WRITE -oddly enough the READ bandwidth tests out at the normal 190-200MB/s over the dual connection

the N3025 has been reset to factory default and the Avid configuration re-applied- but no change to the test results- has anyone seen anything like this?

thanks again in advance

here is the config file:
