after a firmwareudate from version 2.x to 3.3.5.5 my powerconnect 6248 stoped working. if i try to connect via serial connection there is no response even after power up the unit. on the frontside the master, fan and power led are green. A test connection to a other 6248 works fine, so this issue has not do with any problems with my notebook. Pressing the reset button at the frontside shutdown the fan an power led while pressing. Is there there any way to reanimate the device?
